I have a dull ache in my testical

Hi all,

Over the last week I have been having a dull ache in my left testical, I have noticed a stringly like tissue is at the back of my testical (I think thats normal) is this the epididimis or somthing, there is also a small lump at the top of my testical not sure if this is part of the epididimis(there is one on my other testical but not as big)

Does anyone know anything of this or what it might be?

I've not been to the docs yet!!

I have the exact same thing with the dull ache same lump and everything its been bothering me but I went to a doctor like 3 years ago over the lump at the top and he just said it was part of the epedermis or somthing. Im alil worried about the ache but you have the same thing as me so odds are its nothing too bad.

Id say quite a bit of sex but I dont think more then usual but then again I could be wrong. And if it was related to that youd think it would be both testes.

I dont feel like going to the doctor again about it but I believe the lumps are part of the epididymis and im really sure they are. But the ache isnt bad it just seems to not go away for long before it comes back so makes me wonder what the heck? lol.

hmm well im a lefty lol. Thatd be nice if that was the problem though. It's just a dull ache but it can become quite annoying. Ill lay off the sex/masturbation for a few days see if anything changes.
