I have a fish bone caught in my throat and I don't know how to make it come out. It is very uncomfortable especially when I try to swallow something. Can it form some kind of infection and will it eventually work its way out. Thank you in adavance.

You should really make an appointment with a dr or go into an emergency room to have it looked at if it hasnt moved along yet. As an EMT throat obstructions can be very trick and if the object irritates the area and causes it to swell it can cause the passage to close up. Be careful. I am not a dr but I would be concerned because this could jepordize your airway

You can try taking the crust off a piece of bread and forming the soft inner bread into a ball (small enough to swallow) and swallowing the ball. This is what I do when I have fish bones caught in my throat and it usually works.
