I have a list of symptoms, whats wrong with me!?

Okay i'm 13 years old and all these are around my penis, scrotum and around that area;

1 - Foreskin won't pull back much when erected
2 - Lumps/bumps on scrotum and around penis
3 - Itch scrotum, REALLY itch, but only sometimes
4 - Not often, but sometimes a real burning up my penis that lasts about 3 minutes[/list]

well with the foreskin problem i had the same problem.

I started to strech it not to hard but a few times eat day, to do this just pull it back as far as it will go with alout of pain and try to hodl it each day it shoudl be able to go back further ang further took me about 1 week to do this.
