I have a lump on my testicle

HELLO im a 16 years old Asian... and about 1 or 2 years ago i felt a lump on my testis... it didnt hurt and i thought it would go away ...
but it didn't .... now im worried it might be something bad...
did I let it go for too long???
plz help

PS.. nobody in my family had cancer before...
and the lump still doesnt hurt...
and once in a while i feel a little ache on my left testicle..

Hi there! Where exactly is this lump situated? How would you describe it? As a soft or hard lump, movable or not? Is it a part of the testicle or situated in or around scrotum (sac where the testicles lie)? It is really hard to say without seeing or feeling it.

You don’t have any other problems with it except for the occasional testicle pain? The lump hasn’t changed its size and you don’t feel any discomfort while walking, masturbating, urinating, etc?

Have you checked if there were a similar lump on the other testicle?

Doctors advise that all lumps found in the genital area should be examined, even though they were just ordinary pimples.
