On the left side of scrotum, sometime i see a painless lump, however, sometimes it disappears due to which the shape of scrotum seems to be normal sometimes and anbonrmal sometimes.

What could it be...

I have exactly the same thing sometimes its there sometimes its not but mines on the right what is it what do i do and dont say go and see a professional to make sure, what do i do first

I also have the same thing but there are a few tiny lumps on my left side i am only 15 and am too embarassed to ask my parents or a doctor about it but am worried it could be cancer does anyone know what it is?
