I have a pimple on my lip.

On thursday morning I woke up and just above my upper lip was a little tender. I figured it was a pimple so i squeezed it and it popped just like a pimple. I guess it got irritated because it got red and scabbed over after I popped it. Its been 4 days and it is tender, should I be worried? Could it be a cold sore? It hasn't pussed or anything, and it didnt blister. But do ALL cold sores puss and blister?

yer i have the same thing, iv had it for about a week now, and its still rather painful. it dosent help that i keep poking and semi-biting it... i dont know what it is or how to get rid of it.
did yours go?
