I have a small tumor behind my right ear.Its not hurting me.But is it serious one?

Hi,
On behind my right ear, there is a small tumor. just 2hours before i found it. it is not hurting me. i dont have cold or fever now. its not there on my left ear. Does it indicate any serious problem?. plz help.
