I have a become red in 2 spots on my right testical. Sometimes it itches or burns from itching. I do alot of work outside and dont know if its jock itch. It looks almost rubbed rawl. I sweat alot fomr my pants/boxers, but im not sure what it is. Could it be caused from sweat and skin rubbing together, do I need ot go to the doctor, because i dont like going to him with this sort of problem?
