I have been having pain for 3- 4 days my throat is a little swollen with white spots

hey i have a question...

i have been with my boyfriend for awhile and tuesday febuary 20,2007 i had gave oral sex to him. the day after i had a little pain but as the days continued it progressed to hurt.. now i ahve pain it sort of hurts to swallow and i have a minimum amount of white spots on one side of my throat(right side)i have been gargilin with hot water and salt to kill germs since febuary 21-24 and i have also taken night quil on feburay 24 2007 what is it?or what should i do?

Could be an STD. Get checked
