I have been tired, had joint pain and sore throat,

I have been sick for 5 months with a sore throat on and off, wake up every day feeling tired and unrefreshed I have pain in my hips, sometimes knee's, and other joints. I also have headachessometimes migraines mostly ona daily basis. I do have a follow up Dr. appointment soon, as I went to emergency with welts on my legs thinking they were hives, but turned out they were Pilyoarthritis Nudosum The DR. said, but since then they have gone away. But the rest of my symptoms are still with me. I thought maybe stress was the case, as it started shortly after a seperation I had, but things are much better now, I do no feel stressed out, but feeling sick. I did get sick right after I got the flu shot.

What do you think is going on with me?

That typo is confusing: do you have polyarthritis with erythema nodosum, or polyarteritis nodosum?

If it's the latter, I hope you got it taken of. Either one indicates a potential autoimmune condition that should be investigated by a specialist who could do specific tests: the flu vaccine may have triggered a response, and may happen again.
