I have black pimples on my jaw line. I popped one and nothing but blood shot out . They are really noticable and i need them to go away

Poke them with a thumb tack and gently squeeze the area around it. This should force out the black bacteria.

i read somewhere it's a build up of skin pigment. maybe don't poke them with a thumb tack Confused make sure you exfoliate properly with soap and a flannel.
