I have just been told im in early menopause can i still get pregnant?

I am 41 my periods suddenly stopped for two months. my GP has tested my f.s.h levels and told me I am in menopause. This is devastating news. I have been dealing with a mental health issue for a while and I delayed pregnancy due to this. I had to take a pregnancy test and realized how much I wanted to be pregnant!.

In fact I realize how I have been longing for a child for many years.

Is it possible to become pregnant without I.V.F? My doctor has told me it is very unlikely that I will become pregnant now my menopause has started and has given me a prescription for H.R.T.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
