I am really worried...I have this huge lump on my vagina near the crease of my left leg. I have no idea what it is but it hurts when I walk, stretch, and even when I have the chills. I'm really scared and I don't have a doctor to go to so can you let me know what this might be

hey im 18 and i found a lump on my right flap on the inner side..its hard and a tiny bit smaller than a pea i also have messed up peirods and i always get blood clot i have the implant so thats why i wasnt too worried but i also get these shockin pains in my tummy that i cant get rid of sometimes i cant move coz there so paintful. there is also a dark round tiny lump..im not sure how long i have had these i found them earla i have always kind off been a bit dischargy and ruined a few pairs of undies coz of it...im really scared that it could be cancer. i wouldent like to go to my doctors i dont like them..is there any where else i can go to if i HAVE to get checked out? or do u have any ideas what it could be? there is also cancerin my family...hope you can help Sad
