I have neck pain. What could be the problem?

I've been having some pain on the right side of neck. It first started off in the back of my neck on the right side, and i figured it was just from my posture or stress or something. I didn't really pay much attention to it and just took some tylenol. It started happening about last week, November 9th somewhere around there and now it's more of my glands that are hurting and near my jaw as well. I also have a slight headache on the right side, toward the back near where my neck was hurting. I think it's just from my posture and the tension in my neck area. What do you think? Should I be concerned?
