I have no clue what is causing this

Ok so my nipples have been sore for the past week or so. The left one hurts really bad. It even hurts sometimes if my shirt just rubs up against it. My nipples also sometimes have this white looking stuff on them. Also, I started my period on January 4th, which was three days early. It normally lasts for 5 days and today, January 6, it already seems like it is stopping because I'm barely bleeding at all. Last month my period came late, but it lasted as long as it was supposed to. My nipples have never been sore before or during my period. It's really weird and I don't know what to think. Can someone please help me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think my period has officially ended and it's only Jan 7. I started Jan 4 and it has always been 5 days long. Also my nipples are still doing that thing I was talking about before. Can someone please help me? I need any advice I can get.
