I have often feelings of heartattack!

Hi. I have often feelings of a heart-attack and I`m too young for that (26). I feel numbness in my arms, my chest hurts and my breath is short. Sometimes I have cold sweats. What to do? How to prevent a heart-attack? Is that possible at all? I don`t smoke. Drink occasionally.

Hi. I feel like that sometimes, but I think that stress could be the cause, not that I will really have a heart-attack. I agree, you are too young for a heart-attack. Some symptoms of angina are similar to symptoms of a heart-attack. My uncle has angina and he also have shortness of breath and chest pain. To prevent a heart-attack you can lower the risks of having one. You will have to change your lifestyle if necessary. I eat fresh fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water.

I get those feelings and they sound alot like your having anxiety attacks. Do your thoughts race when it happens?
