I have pain/pressure in my right arm-starts around my elbow

The pressure/pain i'm feeling is in my right arm, it starts in the middle of my arm and sometimes travels up or down, then it goes away. It started early this morning. My left arm was asleep, but my right arm had the pressure/pain. Then it didn't happen all day, then now at bed time, it's starting again. It's not constant, I would say every 10-15 min if that. If I could get some kind of help in general about what causes the pain/pressure in the right arm, I'd greatly appreciate it.
