I have red marks around my genitals, don't look like rash

Hi. I`m 19 yo M and I have red marks around my genitals, it don`t look like a rash to me. I don`t know what could be the cause of these pimples. Marks are not itchy, I don`t feel any pain, but I`m really worried. What could that be?

Hi. I have the same problem. Last week I was tested for all sorts of STDs, and everything is fine. I wanted to do HIV test, but I have to wait 6 month for that. However, I`m not really worried about AIDS because I have no other symptoms. A friend told me that one is one too many, but I don`t wanna feel anxious about it. Anyway, I`ve heard about genital pimples blotchy. An infection of the sebaceous glands can be the cause of blotchy pimples. I`m worried that I might have genital warts.
