I have severe pain when I have to have a bowel movement and can't go sometimes.

I have had this pain for about 2 weeks now. I went to my doctor and he said I had a urinary track infection and gave me antibiotics. Two week later the pain is still there and after another hospital visit, still no dianosis. When I have to have a bowel movement, it hurts so bad, I feel like I can't go. sometimes I do and it is such a relief, but still very painful. My lower back is affected also. I feel like I have a uniary track infection but in my butt. anyone please help.

You may have a lower back problem. I have herniated discs in my back that causes pain down below too. It wraps around to my stomach and often when I have a bowel movement it hurts like crazy. It hurts so bad you don't want to even go. You should get an MRI to see if you do have a back injury and also you want to follow up on your doctor to make sure you don't have a problem with your bowels. It really sounds like what I'm suffering from though.
