I have severe throat pain when I eat spicy foods.

Hi,
I am experiencing multiple problems here. I am suffering from Sub Mucous Fibrosis ( wherein my mouth movements are limited and I cant open my mouth completely. ) also I have noticed that the inner skin of my mouth has turned pale white from pink. Now I feel severe throat pain & have a large reddish ( blood color ) scar on the side of tonsils. Whenever I eat any food with spices in it, It causes severe burining in my throat and mouth. Please suggest some remedy.
