I have no idea what is going on and I can;t take it anymore!
I have very itchy testicles and I have never had sex and I'm 13.
I also have little white bumps all over my penis shaft.
what is gonig on??

i have the same exact problem nico they itch and just wont go away it doesnt have any herpes symptoms from what ive discovered im only 14 and never had sex in my entire life i found out recently that these could be pours since i guess alot of men get them but im not sure if you can pop them and it goes away then it is most likely a pour but dont do it alot you can do more damage than what there is

Your testicles are doing this because of poor hygiene you need to bath/shower and wash them at least once a day, or even better bath/shower twice a day.
