I have very large nipples

Hi im an 18 year old guy and i have had really large niplles since i've been 12 or so. When i started puberty my nipples just suddenly grew huge, like they actually stick out of my chest. They stick out like 5 mm like tiny breasts or something??. Is this a medical problem or does anyone else have this condition.

Plese help cus im too embarassed to do anything were i have to take my shirt which is very awkward when im at a pool party or something.

My stepson was a larger kid and was teased. He was large in the breast area words were use to hurt him. He grew out of them later as the rest of his body grew. He is thirty now and around 280-300 pounds. I believe his growth was by college years. The kids no longer picked on him and actually he felt they were afraid of him. This may be the case with you as well, on the other hand, it may be unrelated, as you did not give your weight or body size. Your comments only pertained to the chest area.
