I haven't had my period but what's this brown discharge?

Well the question pretty much said it all... Embarassed

I haven't had my period and i just turned 14 but then a few days after my birthday i got this really bad brown discharge that stained my underwear so i snuck a tampon (i know how to use them and my mom has a box for them when im 'ready' how embarassing Shocked

) it seemed to help and went away after a few days. then i got it the next month and now this month! is it my period? Rolling Eyes

Sounds like your period. Especially if you had a brown discharge that occurred about the same time each month (give or take a few days). There is no reason to be embarrassed, your mom is nice to be prepared. Welcome to the world of the periods.. only 40 more years or so.. Smile
