Hi, I believe it is not easy to adapt to 3 different sleeping times but still you need to improve your sleep, in order to have adequate rest. How much sleep do you need to feel fine? If it is more than before, then something is definitely wrong. I suggest you to take hot shower before going to bed, take some calming tea like chamomile or mint. When you wake up, and this shouldn’t be too soon nor too late, take a coffee or some other stimulant to give you strength. You can also try to make breaks between sleep equal. Disorders biorhythm can be serious and lead to inability to perform regular everyday duties.
