I have had bowel trouble since i gave birth to my last child some 20 years ago they gave me a enema at that time and I started bleeding from my bowel. not long after I found that my regularity changed and i can go now for three months without a movement. When i do go i have symptons of pain and sweating and can be on toilet for up tp 8hours until it flushes out then it starts all over again. Is there anything that can be done as I am 48 and don't wish to go through this anymore.

You have severe constipation and need to go to the doctor immediately. This is not normal. In the mean time, take plenty of fiber and drink prune juice with metamucil or a fiber supplement.
