I just found out today I'm pregnant last Saturday I had a CT

I've had alot of problems with pregnany's so I stay worried. I've been pregnant 7 times 2 have only made it here. Today I found out I was pregnant again. 4 hours later I started having light spotting. Heres the question : I went to the er Saturday because I was having pain in my lower right side. They did a pregnancy test told me it was negative and did a CT Scan can this effect the baby?
