I am trying to conceive and I have PCOS. I just took a test to see if my tubes are open and my left is but my right one might have had a spasm. I want to conceive naturally, should i just give up on that idea and take clomid?

We are ttc for about 3 years now and i was recently diagnosed with PCOS. We did chlomid on and off for almost 1 year (which is not recomended since Chlomid for long than 6 months can increase your chance of cervical and breast cancer). After switched to a fertility specialist i was informed that chlomid doesn't have a very high success rate on women with PCOS. I would highly suggest then using femara, it has a much higher success rate on women with PCOS. Good luck
