I'm pregnant but don't know how far along I am. Can you guess estimate by the dates I had a neg. pregnancy test result and then a positive one ? My last period was 9/6/06 . I took a pregnancy test on 10/18/06 and it was negative . Then on 10/21/06 I took another test and it was positive. So how far along pregnant do you have to be for a - test to become a positive result?
