Hi, I need some help regarding food supplement and vitamins that pregnant women should use. I have to say that I believe in natural minerals, those that come from fruit and vegetables and I am not thrilled with supplement products. So, I am pregnant and I am thinking about the use of the folic acid. Should I take it every day, I heard it is helpful?

You can find folic acid in the vegetables, but the amount is simply not enough for a pregnant woman. This means that you will most likely need to get some supplement products. But it is a very helpful thing. It prevents the anemia in the pregnant woman and that is very important for the normal growth and development of the baby.
