I have found out that I am 7 weeks pregnant and extremely happy. Im just worrying because I worry abit too much about most things. Im worrying im gonna find out its ectopic . I know it wont do me any good to worry but I cant help it.

This is my first child and I want everything to be ok. But what I was thinking is that I have had implantment pains for the past week or so, so do you think this is a good sign that the conception was successful. I am going to discuss this with my doctor on wednesday but I just wanted to hear some of your opinions.
