hello, I'm 13 year old girl and I have been masturbating for about a year or so. four weeks ago I had masturbated and I had been sore for about 2 weeks but after the two weeks I had been fine and felt no pain whatsoever, no bleeding at all and I wasn't sore when I sat down or anything. but when my period came this last saturday, I stared feeling sore and bleeding a little bit heavy. could I have torn something? I don't know because I feel fine when I urinate so I don't know if I damaged my urethra or just a hymen. I'm kinda worried, because right now I'm not in much pain but I'm still worried if I tore something permanent and I'm too embarressed to ask my parents to go to a doctor.... please help!
