I'm taking 150mg of Prevacid daily, is it too much?

I started with regular dose which was 30mg, or think so. Now Im taking 150mg of Provacid, daily. As I can remember, Provacid worked for me for some time, but eventually I had to increase dose in order to maintain the same effects. Mostly that was the manner of reaching 150mg of it. Is it too much?

I think that you need to discus this subject with your doctor. Increasing dose of any medication by you, without consulting an expert can be dangerous. Maybe you can control your disease with this dose, but still it is not right way. Maximum daily dose of Provacid is 60mg, and if that need to be changed, doctor does that.
