I have moved from home last year and for the last 8 months I have been constantly tired and exhausted. It is true that I have more obligations and more work to do now but it is not that bad. I am not sure that would exhaust me in such proportions. I am 29 year old female, I have regular periods, and I am not pregnant. What else could it be?

Hi! There are numbers of possible reasons. I would contribute your tiredness to lack of proper nutrients and probably lack of exercise. I would also advise you to see a doctor to check if there’s an underlying medical condition. The most common causes of tiredness are dehydration (not drinking enough water daily), lack of protein in your nutrition, lack of carbohydrates that elevate sugar levels in the blood keeping us awake, drinking too much coffee or suffering from vitamin or iron deficiency. Are you exercising regularly? You should. If you don’t have time for regular aerobics sessions, you can perform stretching exercising before going to sleep or after waking up for a 20 minutes every day. This should also help.
Your doc may decide to run a blood test to check for the nutrients lack and may prescribe some vitamin supplements.
