i'm new to this forum, but i just wanted to drop by and say that finally after so many years i've managed to FINISH....

I had several girlfriends in the past that didn't last mainly i feel because i wasen't able to orgasim during sex....

in fact i had to bring myself off every time.

I did alot of reading up on the subject over the past year and finally found out that my RE was due to mastibation process that i was used to + a bit of anxiety about performance....

anyway I abstained from wanking for about a couple of weeks and then started using my other hand and taking it very slow...

then i got my girlfriend to do it and I just closed my eyes and went off into a fantasy...OMG it worked she pulled me off..

then she gave me a BJ and after using my pelvic floor and going off into a fantasy again if done properly this worked too....

now i was really quite worried about sex and coming...the first couple of times nothing and just embarisment on my behalf as usual...

then after she played with me for a little bit and worked me on top, which means i'm lying down and always in the position when i mastibate normally....the dam thing worked.

i hope i'm not pre-empting the whole thing and hope this is just not a one off.....but i find that if you re-work any matibation pattern and try to fantisize in your head instead of using porn this works....
