My grandma wants me to take a urine drug test. I've smoked pot two days ago, not a substantial amount and I'm not a regular smoker. I do smoke cigarettes though, and I'm worried about the lab finding nicotine in my urine sample. Is there any way to get out of this? I've heard of using someone else's urine. Can they tell gender in urine samples?

OMG. Will someone please help!?

Well, you better use the urine of your girlfriend not boyfriend. Although, it will probably not be tested, I know that estrogen levels can be measured by using the urine sample and if they do......there will be way too low estrogen levels for a girl.
