I need a help to understand whether the below described prob

Dear Sir,

around two year back my mom took a high dosage medicine for her leg problem. on that day onwards she is not able take any tablets even a crocine tablet. if she took any tablet, she will get a burning sensation thru out her body and after this she will feel she lost all her energy. though she is only 43 year old but she is so week she is like somewat 60+ year old.

Please suggest me for this problem shall i take my mom to Endocrinologist ? or please suggest me the specialist whom i need to meet for this perticular problem.
