a small swollen on the testis, painful but temporary. It vanishes as soonas I have a sexual entercouse. What that means??

Hi there! I have never encountered anything that comes up and vanishes only when I would have sex? Neither have I heard of anything like that.

What kind of the swelling is it? A pimple-like?

If it disappears every time you have sex, when does it show up? Is it soft or hard?

Where exactly is the lump situated? This is not so common, so any additional info would be helpful. How many times has this happened?
