I'm 16 and I have not had any sort of sex yet I have a one white bump on my scrotum. In addition to that, I have been getting a itchy rash mostly on my upper body and on my thighs. Can any one help me figure out what this is, im scared that it might be something serious. Please help.

The white bump could be something as simple as an ingrown hair, it is hard to know. I would suggest going to a doctor to get it and the body rash checked out
