I need more info on adrenal fatigue

I’m 29 years old and I’m not sure what it is exactly wrong with me. I often feel tired and have some difficulty concentrating. Usually I feel depressing and I started to have problem with insomnia. My friend told me that I maybe suffered from adrenal fatigue. I don’t know what it is. I need more info on adrenal fatigue, please! Thanks!

Well, that certainly can be symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Of course, you need to go to see a doctor and do few tests. Anyone who experiences severe emotional or physical stress can suffer of adrenal fatigue. It comes from a failure of the adrenal glands. When you don’t have enough cortisol in your body, it can not cope with stress or to fight infection.
