Hi, I am 26 years old male and I would like to start with body building but I am overweight and I would like to lose some weight first. I have 260 pounds and I would like to know which the best way to lose weight is. My friend told me that I have to prepare myself for trainings first.Thank you very much.
Hi, I would suggest you to change you're eating habits first. Don't eat anything after 7 p.m., increase intake of water and lower intake of carbohydrates. Also it would be good to practice some aerobic training like fast walking or easy jogging to speed up your metabolism. These methods will give results and then you may start with body building.
