I quit taking the pill after my period now almost two weeks

For about a month and a half I was on the pill. Right after i had my period i took the pill for two days then I stopped taking it because my boyfriend and i had decided to try and have a baby, but before that i had started the pill late and we had unprotected sex the second week i was on the pill. Well lately i have been having minor pains and a slight brownish pink discharge and just today i started bleeding again. What is going on here?
