It's Pot, its non addictive, and most people don't even get high the first time, it took me like 4 times before I actually felt the effects, if you took one bong hit and you think you'll never be the same again, its all in your head. Get over it.

Actually the only drugs that are truly physically addictive are any type of opiates (heroin, oxycontin, vicodin, etc) and nicotine. All other drugs (including cocaine) are simply mentally addictive in which dependence is formed. While marijuana may not be considered to be a "physically addictive" drug, it is easy to form a dependency on it.
Oh, and you didn't get high the first four times because you didn't know how to inhale |

Yeah don't worry about it, just live healthy for a day or two and it will pass, it usually takes me until the 3rd day to feel up to speed again.

you guys are prob smoking weed that is laced with junk. I live in calif. and I recently got a persciptiong for medical marijuana. and its pretty good i have to say. I feel healthy , but then again I eat healthy and dont focus on neg things in general. Some of the symptoms you are all describling sound like PCP. like being very depressed and excessive sweating, seisures and feeling like you are in the twilight zone, i have had this exprience with bad weed. you all need to be carefull if you are buying this stuff on the street , especially if you live in a large metropolitan area where the stuff tends to be mixed with junk often without ppl knowing it.

What you are all describing is called DEPERSONALIZATION. It is a very stressful and high-anxiety condition where people feel "unreal" or as if they are watching a movie. Other symptoms include sensitivity to light and seeing "floaters" (weird little marks in your vision). I know it is scary, but it is real, and a lot of people who haven't had this problem (i.e. most people who have responded) do not understand it or tell you that it does not exist and that it's ALL IN YOUR HEAD. Which is not helpful and will cause stress because it seems like you cannot get away from the feeling. Know that it will eventually go away, but in the mean-time you can look up some self help forums and sites that deal with it. DEPERSONALIZATION and DEREALIZATION. Most people first experienced it after smoking marijuana. Those of you who have felt this way, you need to know you aren't alone and that it will get better, trust me, as I have suffered from it. I know it can be very scary but you need to consult a doctor, and tell them you think you might have DEPERSONALIZATION or DEREALIZATION. God bless you.
