I started a period at 13 then it completely stopped

I started a period at 13 then about six months later it stopped completely.
I am going on 20 years of age and still have not had a period. I experiance facial hair and am about 70 to 80 pound over weight. I need to know if this is all related and how abnormal the problem is.

the cause of your facial hair and obesity might be pcod,polycystic syndrome,however i suggest that,a good gynecologist will be able to help u better
