I tested positive for clamydia 3 days ago!!

I had been experiencing abdominal pain but with no discharge or foul smell. I went to my Gyno and had a papsmear done and came back positive for clamydia. My last relationship was 2 yrs ago. Ive been with my partner for about that time...I have 3 kids and we live together..I confronted him but he has not slept with no one and neither have I...Is it possible for me to have been infected and not know all this time...I do remember having pain and a few yeast infection but treated it with monistat and it would go away could it have been clamydia the whole time? I dont know what to think about this situation and neither my fiance...can u please explain this to me?

I know that when you are pregnant that they (in Canada) have you tested for STD's on your first check up. Since you said that you have 3 kids, I would think that they would have picked up on this with one of them. I would be asking some more questions. Some times it wont show up, but I know that it can cause miscarages and other birth defects.
