I recently lost my viginity August 4,about tuesday my vagina started itching. I rub inside it with a wet rag when it itches me,and now its really tender and whenever i urinate it burns really bad and its really tender when i just touch it.I only rub and touch it when am bathing and after i urinate, but it still itching and is still tender. Am worried that I may have some infection, can this be because-
I recently lost my viginity or because for the past few days i have been in the country and my underwear had to be wash and hang inside the bathroom or because i rub it so hard the 1st time its kind of have small cuts. Please answer

Well, you need to be examined in order to realize what this is. The cuts are probably due to rubbing and possibly from the irritation.

Yeast infection causes the itching and sometimes peeling, so cuts could occur as well.

The burning during urination reminds of a bacterial infection. It may not be sexually transmitted disease, it could be “normal” gastrointestinal bacteria that women who have just lost their virginities are prone to.

Unlike regular uti’s, these infections infect urethra instead of bladder. They are treated with antibiotics.

In order to realize what you really have, an STD, yeast or honeymoon cystitis (urethral inflammation), you need to see a doctor and get yourself examined.

Hi, when i lost my virginity maybe 2 days after it felt like i was peeing fire i could have sworn it was a stf but it wasn't. It was a yeast infection. Its common to get after your first time because new bacteria is introduced to the body. Just go to the doctor they will give you 2 pills one to take the pain away and one to take the infection away. You will be find and no this wont happen every time after you have sex =)
