I think I may be pregnant?

Me and my bf have started having sex... about a day after my last period ended and we've been having unprotected sex since then, very often, almost everyday for the past almost 2 weeks... I noticed the second to last time we had sex that I bled a little bit during .. not after but during, and it wasnt my period obviously, but it never happened before and it didnt happen last time we did it, could this be an early sign that I could be pregnant?
