I've been having problems dealing with heat lately and fast heart beats

I hope that you might help me with my problem. I ma 44 years old and I have been experiencing problems with my thyroid gland for quite some time, almost a year now. I am on Thyroxine therapy and it is having positive effect. But, I've been having problems dealing with heat lately and fast heart beats? What could that be?

There is a possibility that you are having problems with the dosage of your medication. Even though you take Thyroxine, a medication for hypothyroidism, if you take amount bigger then your body actually needs, and then symptoms you describe might occur. But, there is nothing to worry about, as soon as dosage is set on appropriate level, troubles should be gone.
