Hi. I had the same problem 6 months ago. Then I have discovered meditation. I have learned much about balance. Men need to work, but they need to rest too. You have to find your balance. Stress won`t do you any good. Take a brake. Walk in nature. Many people find yoga very relaxing and effective. Yoga is related to meditation. I work, I rest and I feel very happy because I have found the perfect way of living.
