I was late starting my cycle and am bleeding lightly now

I was supposed to start my cycle on Sunday, I didn't start until Tuesday, however I blead Tuesday morning very lightly and then nothing the rest of the day. Wednesday i woke up and blead lightly again and now nothing again. I'm very tired however i don't have an appetite. what could this be from?
