I was told i have Micro adenoma. what is this??

Hi, i took a hormonal blood test to check if my hormones are off, and they found prolactin very high, it was 135. So they order a MRI. In the MRI the only thing that was found wa a Micro Adenoma. Very small.. so what is this? How is it treated???
